Formbox
What the app does
Formbox reads the responses to a Google Form you already own and adds follow-up tracking on top. It runs on your device and talks to Google directly; there is no Formbox server and no Formbox account. You can also add manual inquiries. The homepage describes the current release, which excludes form creation, reply templates and saved views.
Manual inquiries and follow-up work are stored on this device for each signed-in Google account. Export copies you need before removing the app. Export creates files you choose where to save; it is not automatic cloud backup. Deleting the app removes its local records, and we hold no copy to restore. Your form and its responses remain in your Google account either way. Formbox is in active development; do not use it as the only record of important information.
Purchase access
Recording follow-up work and adding or editing manual inquiries require the one-time in-app purchase. Reading, reports, export, free Mail/phone actions, reminder clearing and local inquiry deletion remain available without it. There is no trial, subscription or connected-form cap. The App Store shows your localized price before purchase.
The Apple Account owns the purchase. Restore checks purchase access for that account; it does not recover local inquiries, notes or reminders from another device. Example inquiries are a separate, simulated session and are not copied into your real account.
Using the website and app
Use them lawfully. Do not attempt to access other people's information, interfere with the service, or introduce malicious code. You are responsible for any information you choose to send us.
Your information
You retain ownership of information you provide. Our privacy policy explains how we handle website requests and support messages. You can request deletion by emailing us.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Formbox is independent of Google and is not endorsed by Google.
Changes
We may update these terms as Formbox develops. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
