Your Google Forms enquiries, in an inbox that remembers what you did.
Google Forms collects the enquiry. It doesn't tell you who's still waiting on a reply. FormBox does — on your iPhone, with statuses, notes and follow-up reminders.
The screen FormBox opens on. Every number opens the enquiries behind it.
How it works
Pick a template for your trade and FormBox creates a real Google Form in your own Drive, published and ready to share. Already have a form? Paste the link instead.
Your website, your Instagram bio, your email signature, or a QR code on a van or a counter. The form is hosted by Google, so it keeps working whatever happens to us.
New responses arrive as notifications. Mark each one New, Contacted, Booked or Closed. Add a note. Set a reminder to chase someone next Tuesday. Tap to email or call.
Enquiries over time, which services people ask for, how long you take to reply, how many turn into bookings. Tap any number to see the people behind it.
What it doesn't do
FormBox doesn't send email for you, so it never asks for access to your Gmail. Replies open in your own mail app. It doesn't claim to measure things Google's response data can't support — there's no completion rate or drop-off chart here, because forms don't report views or abandoned attempts. And it doesn't change an enquiry's status on your behalf; opening a mail composer isn't evidence you replied.
Pricing
Free, permanently: creating a form from a template, one connected form, every response including your full history, statuses, notes and reminders, new-response notifications, and exporting your own data.
Pro is $8 a month or $69 a year: unlimited connected forms, saved filters, workflow reporting and recurring reminder rules.
No weekly subscription, ever. No pop-up asking you to upgrade while you're reading an enquiry. If you stop paying, you keep reading your responses.
Questions people ask
Do I have to move off Google Forms?
No. Your form stays a Google Form, hosted by Google, in your Drive. FormBox reads the responses and adds the follow-up layer on top. If you ever stop using FormBox, your form and every response are exactly where they were.
Who can see my responses?
The current preview uses sample data and has no access to your Google Forms. Before Google syncing becomes available, we will update the privacy policy to explain who processes your responses, how they are protected, and how to delete them.
Does FormBox need access to my email?
No. We never request Gmail permission. Tapping an email address opens your own mail app with the address filled in.
What happens to respondents?
Nothing changes for them. They fill in your Google Form the same way as before, on a page served by Google.
FormBox is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Google Forms, Google Drive and Google are trademarks of Google LLC.
