What works today
Formbox 1.0 includes Google sign-in and response import, manual inquiries, statuses, notes, reminders, readable reports, export and one-time purchase/restore. Download it from the App Store. There is no trial or subscription. Form creation, reply templates, saved views and new-response notifications are not part of this release. Choose “See how it works” to open separate example inquiries without signing in.
Purchases and restore
Use Restore purchase in the follow-up tools screen with the Apple Account that owns the purchase. It remains available if the app cannot load a price. An awaiting-approval purchase does not unlock tools until approved. Reports, export and reading saved work remain free.
Restore brings back access, not inquiries, notes or reminders from another device. Local records are kept separately for each signed-in Google account. Signing out hides them without deleting them. Export a copy from Forms before removing the app; an export is not automatic cloud backup.
Reminders
Formbox schedules reminders on this device when notification permission and purchase access allow it. If an alert cannot be scheduled, the inquiry shows an in-app-only reminder or the scheduling problem. You can always clear a reminder. Example-inbox reminders are simulated and never create system alerts.

Use the same email address for privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests. See our privacy policy and data deletion page.
Report a security issue
Email support@getformbox.com with a description and steps to reproduce the issue. Please do not test against other people's accounts or send private data as proof.
