Delete your data

For help accessing or deleting information you have sent to FormBox, email support@getformbox.com.

Support messages

Send your request from the email address you used to contact us and describe what you want deleted. Do not include passwords or access tokens. We may ask for enough information to verify the request.

We will delete the personal information we hold in response to a verified request, unless we need to retain it to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. We will explain any exception and respond as required by applicable law. If you disagree with our response, reply to request a review.

App preview

The current preview uses sample data and does not create an online account or upload Google Forms responses. Changes to the sample enquiries exist only during the current app session; they are cleared when the app process ends.

Your Google Forms

The current preview has no access to your Google account. To delete answers submitted to someone else's Google Form, contact the form's owner.
